The leather and aluminum on the S2000's shift knob has been scratched up since I got the car. I’m generally OK with patina and not super anal about these things, but the central location and the fact that it’s the first thing I see getting in has always bothered me.
I had planned to get a Moddiction Anvil 2, in the same shape as the stock knob, but titanium and countersunk. Unfortunately they claim that their Ti supply chain is not working. After waiting a year, I finally gave up, and ordered a factory accessory titanium knob from Honda. It’s slightly heavier than stock.

I like it! I went with a weighted 330 ZCP knob for the M3 after I put a shifter in it. The stock “lighted” M3 knob was too tall and so expensive, and I don’t care if it lights up, I know where the gears are...

Would you possibly be interested in selling the old knob? I had it in an Accord at one point, and it’s so much better than the one I have now.

I’m a terrible person who loves terrible things.
But there are still worse knobs out there than this thing that looks like a stock bowling ball.

Yeah, you don’t wanna be anal about your knob. It’s a shitty way of doing things.
DON’T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT THE JOKE HAD TO GET MADE DAMNIT

I also have that titanium knob, but I use it as a desk toy/paperweight.
I also have an OEM Honda Momo steering wheel from an Accord Euro-R ... but that’s also a glorified desk toy.

Looks gorgeous. The fact it’s slightly heavier than stock is definitely amusing.

Thats a really nice knob....
Now I’ve got that out of the way, where did you get it from? Im not really loving my Mugen one, I still think its too chunky, but this looks really nice. Was it literally from Honda dealership? or through a third party?

Yes, it’s an original Honda accessory —
